Libya’s state National Oil Corporation (NOC) reported yesterday that Mellitah Oil and Gas Company was able to carry out some work on well No. B4-27 in the Al-Buri field, without using a rig.
The well was successfully tested at a rate of about 1,200 barrels of oil per day.
The NOC said this comes within the implementation of its strategic plan to improve and raise its ambitious production rates.
