According to a decree (No. 252 of 2026) by Prime Minister Abdel Hamid Aldabaiba dated 8 June and leaked on social media today, Libya will exempt Malaysian nationals from the need to have an entry visa for a total stay of 30 days.
The decree says that this is implement the concept of reciprocity.
